This very important excerpt from the news release I just posted from 2007, reveals many things. It tells you the extent of mineralization BEYOND the contact zone. Which means, that there is considerable mineralization in the host rock and also the SHEARED Andesite dyke. If these were ONLY NARROW contact zones responsible for this EXTRA mineralization, it would have been extremely difficult to get an accurate width and sample from this area, and ALSO it would not be prudent nor an application of common sense, to even attept to sample such a narrow selvage zone. This tells you, that these zones ARE APPRECIABLE, meaning that they must be considered in determining width of structure as well as grade. This anology further enhances and supports what the geophysics tells us, that structure is increasing to depth in width and forma very big ovoids and anomalies at depth.

If you apply the .86% copper grade mentioned here from the A-4 Vein system, while the geophysics show little in this area, BUT apply the known MASSIVE SULPHIDE sample taken from the C-1 area of ~ 5% copper, then you are able to see EXACTLY why the Quantec geophysics lite up like a light bulb. IMPORTANTLY to add, when copper grades go up, it HAS been established on the Tesoro, that GOLD grades go UP! So, there you have it, there is NO argument against these factual analogies, it is what it is, rich in gold, silver and copper.

Additional channel samples collected from the 12-m level returned 60cm of 28.9g/t Au (0.84 oz/t) from the West Vein and 33cm of 14.85g/t (0.43 oz/t) from the East Vein. In addition to gold occurring within the quartz veins, samples collected at the 12-m level revealed that gold also occurs within the sheared granodiorite foot-wall of the West Vein (55cm grading 8.45g/t Au (0.25 oz/t) and in the sheared andesite hanging-wall of the West Vein (40cm grading 3.19g/t (0.09 oz/t) with 0.86% Copper.
