The azimuths are instrumental in establishing a concrete aspect of the case, that is why we are DENIED that info, because of what the azimuths depict and conclude.

Under Timely Disclosure, mainly enforced by the TSX and its self regulator, IIROC, "azimuths" become "material information" as specified by Securities law in 43-101 requirements. There is NO excuse by the TSX,BCSC or any authority for NOT enforcing this one rule. For these regulators to collude in the deception and concealment of this "material information", clearly suggests a CONSPIRACY as well.
