I for one have several questions.

What regulatory group do you belong to?

Have we talked before?

You wouldn't happen to be Lori's friend from IIROC?

What does "exacerabted" mean?

I've never been told by any of the people I talked to, nor have I ever read in any regulation that, "regulatorys can only act where the company is selling shares directly". I am not sure what this means exactly. Can you please cite this rule for me?
