Thank you for you inquiry. The following response was given by management:

The company drilled holes to extend the reserves and did some infill drilling in 2006.  We do not anticipate an updated NI 43-101 until after this year's (2007) program, as we believe the picture will be much more complete. We have been missing some of the complete hole drilling data from the first program by Phelps Dodge and that  negatively impacted the 2006 NI 43-101, however, we have sought to get that data and if it should become available the picture for Red Bird will be greatly enhanced.  All in all we are proceeding in a way which makes sense for the long run and also is cost effective.
