Re: New Property Negotiations - Someone offered a property

posted on Oct 26, 07 05:12AM

Someone offered a property...hummm

I usually like hearing us going out looking for property...rather than someone coming to us with an offer because that way we atleast get exactly what we want not just an okay deal on something we don't really need.

So many questions come to mind that I know Argoracom won't answer:

How developed is the property? (more or less than RedBird...likely far less)

Where is it? (Likely in the same province)

Who is offering it up?

Why are they offering it up? (moose pasture they are tricking us into buying or contains minerals they are not interested in? - To me they wouldn't offer up anything with potential for above average grade)

How much are we ready to spend to take it over?

What is the time frame?
