Dear shareholder,

Thank you for your inquiry. The following Officers and Directors acquired shares in the Non-Brokered Private Placement financing announced on May 6, 2008.

Dr. Bill Pfaffenberger purchased 1,157,700 Flow-through shares for a value of $219,963.

David Madill purchased 210,600 Flow-Through shares for a value of $40,014.

Please note – Each share is accompanied by One-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant entitles shareholder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.30 for a period of twenty four months from the date of the closing.
