Nice to see that they are still able to raise capital at a premium. I've watched too many of the companies that I hold issues shares at discounts or even a flow through at par. Let's face it flow through shares deserve a premium so I'm happy to see that Torch acted accordingly. The news stated that there was insider participation to the tune of 500K+ shares.
