I assumed that they had probably lightened the load. I think sprott is looking to liquidate the fund in it's entirety. It's quite common in a environment like this for ETFs especially a niche like this to be trading at significant discounts to NAV. I know that Eric Sportt was a big supporter of Torch as he initiated the relationship. Many funds were taking a "sell what you can, not what you want to" approach and unfortunatly TCR was on the list.
