Dear shareholder,

Thank you for your inquiry. Torch River has been in contact with Sprott Asset Management and has been informed that the terms on which Sprott will handle its holdings have not been determined as yet. Sprott also needs to get shareholder approval to wind up the Sprott Molybdenum Participation Fund.
