looking at this move technically:

- daily-MACD stays positive
- weekly-MACD got positive
- RSI over 50
- slow & fast stochs getting better
- weekly-candle patterns still looking good; 3 weeks improving

that someone felt the technical-analysis side of TCR needed an hand
