ya it's 1.8 mill over 5 years

Not much to worry about there. I like the fact that this is a diversified asset. The reality is that the carpet got swept out of the moly market. I'm of the opinion that it is a short term fluctuation but they couldn't commit that type of capital with such uncertainty.
