Dear shareholder,

Thank you for your inquiry. As soon as the flow-through funds are in place our geologist will be on the property doing an initial program of sampling and geophysics. The lower levels of the property are accessible year round. The higher elevations are open all but for a few months of the year. We should have this initial program ($30,000) finished within a month. Results will be released as received by Torch.
