Yes I agree with your point of view. Investors will look kindly apon their new focus not to mention the company is now required to a minimum spend over the next 5 years but I'm pretty sure that there will be no balloon payment at the end. Assuming that all this is acheived they should be able to obtain the full 75% interest.
