Dear shareholder,

Thank you for your inquiry. The following response was provided by Torch River Resources Management.

We have just completed our sampling and geophysics (third program last week). The data will now be analyzed. The next step will either be a trenching or drilling program. The results so far are encouraging. Recall that this property is very large and has really seen no work since it was mined in the early 1900's. We are being methodical in our approach because we want to get the best results for the money spent.
