All that I know, is that this guy was dead on the money with his prediction, on several occasion on the exact day when the market's changed dramatically, but never forget that he did this in the late 90, the last time on Feb 28 his model was dead on the day. All this is just info, each of us has to make up their own mind, whether we pay attention to his model or not.
