Today's news:

Pinetree buys 2 million more shares:

"Immediately following the acquisition noted in item 2 above, the Offeror owns an
aggregate of 8,000,000 common shares of Torch and the Warrants. In the event that the
Warrants are fully exercised, the holdings of the Offeror represents a total of 10,000,000
common shares of Torch, or approximately 17.8% of all issued and outstanding common
shares as at April 1, 2010."

While TCR has only 54 million S/O, which is very low. So, the Pinetree's holdings are Huge !

Now, looking for 15-20 cents short-term.
