Well we finally know why this stock was driven down to .45 on both Fridat and today. So they could lower the price on the financing . It is to bad that they wouldn't do this in the form of an underwriting so we, the long shareholders , could take advantage of these bargains{warrants} also. I put this question to the Co. back on October 25th, and am still waiting for an answer. 229890
