So... low volume... shares staying above .45... new CEO... New game plan hovering around. The ducks are lining up on the pond, perhaps? - I was checking the UC website today:

"UC Resources Ltd. is an emerging producer of Gold and Silver in Mexico. The Company's goal is to combine both cash flow from production along with a significant exploration upside from its mining assets. UC Resources is working on its long term objectives to build a mid-tier Production company with a specific focus on silver and gold development in Mexico. The Company's goal is to increase market capitalization through acquisitions and internal growth from existing projects, to evolve into a $500+ mm market cap company, with the objective of attracting a major to the table for a friendly merger or take-over."

So - if the goal is a market cap of 500 million, and we divide that by 100 million shares outstanding - does that mean that the company will be taken over at 5 bucks a share?

Price this morning of other exploration companies in the Sierra Madre Belt - Gammon Lake $7.54 - Minefinders Corp $11.58 - Alamos Gold 5.70.

You can read this and think, "Wow, UC has great potential!" or "Sheesh! what's wrong with UC?" Personally, I am thinking the former.
