VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 20, 2007) - UC Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:UC) announces that the Company has granted 1,200,000 options with a five year term at $0.45 per share to Directors.
