The new CEO makes all the difference. UC would have been over a buck (at least) last year had they had a competent player at the helm.

I'm impressed with Mr. Voisin -- very fact oriented, no hype kind of player. This bodes very well for UC's future.

This company has two very nice irons in the fire (Mexico, McFaulds) and is severely underpriced, imo. I would have come back in even without the McFaulds properties.
