I think it's called an "internal cross". An internal cross is defined as a cross between two client accounts of a Participating Organization which are managed by a single firm acting as portfolio manager with discretionary authority to manage the investment portfolio granted by each of the clients.

I don't know what that means, but I'd sure like to know what it means - anybody want to give a little lecture?
