According to Customer Service at E-Trade, UC Resources orders cannot be placed for online trading. Instead, they need to be executed by telephone. According to the CS rep I spoke to, this is due to a 2002 Bulletin issued by the TSX and related to an Insider Cease Trade Order. On all orders, they need to verify that I ma neither of two individuals who've been banned from trading in UC shares.

I've written to E-Trade and a Mr. Gusko at UC Resources but have yet to receive a reply from either party.

In the past, I've entered both Buy and Sell orders for UC Resources and I've done so online. Have never encountered a problem until two weeks ago.

In an effort to rectify this glitch - if it is in fact nothing more than an outdated TSX Bulletin which has not been retracted - would appreciate whatever information and/or suggestions you may have.
