I do agree with the fact that it is a difficult time to raise funds, so the institutions must believe in this, in a time when they believe in little. Jimmy isn't the prettiest girl at the dance but he's an honest fella, and that I appreciate. It sounds like he laid it down flat... good or bad, and i would suggest the former.
