This event erases a huge wall of worry about our privilege to the resources delineated to date and yet to be discovered at McFaulds. I believe that the market has discounted UC for the past year and a half, wondering if these negotiations would come to fruition and that the document would ever be signed.

I interpret the NR as a message that all is well between UC, SPQ and KWG. Perhaps Cliffs is also impressed.

This hurtle is behind us now and I believe that it represents down-side protection for UC and the SP. Perhaps, those hesitant to invest will act now before the market recovers a bit and attention is drawn towards those RoF players with documented achievements to date, and huge potential going forward. Even if there is no immediate SP rise, I am much more comfortable knowing that we have this agreement signed.
