Please inquire from the company BoD if this need for a $3,000,000 Private Placement for working capital is coincident to the delayed/abondoned start-up of La Yesca and the expected cashflow from that source for future exploration.

This dilution stretches the opportunity for capital gain / breakeven for those longs who have patiently anticipated this cashflow and a positive impact on our SP.
