Re: KWG's press releasev - Val

posted on Apr 15, 09 10:17PM

Cliff's got into KWG primarily because KWG was Desperate for the Cash!

Otherwise they (KWG) would experience JV Dilution in the FWR - SPQ/KWG Earn-In Option, due to being unable to contribute their proportion on the JV Earn-In Option Exploration Expences.

And to do a PP open to the Investemnt Houses would expose them to the type of Hostile Dissidant Proxy experience we unfortunately saw occur at NOT.

Consequently, KWG spent over a year getting their ACT Together (learning to refocus on the RoF as opposed to their lust for seeking Diamonds to the Exclusion of ALL Else) and opted to invite Cliff's in to obtain the Very Much NEEDED Cash Injection and in turn also get some NEEDED Protection from Unsavoury Underhanded Unscrupulous Interests who would not do previous KWG Share Holders very much in the way of Good Service.

And for all that, IT IS GOOD TO FINALLY SEE KWG "GET WITH THE PROGRAM", so to speak.

Question now is: Does SPQ, (and to a much much less extent FWR, due to the JV Earning potential FWR has with a few other very heavily invested and equally interested Interests in several other of FWR's Very good stable of Properties! - watch for cash coming to FWR from any of these other Properties and or JV Interests!!!) really need to do similar Buy-In's or will an Open Market PP be sufficient (though at much better Pricing than what SPQ announced 3 - 4 weeks ago) to see them through to next Spring?

Given that UC can greatly increase the Value of SPQ and KWG with their Late Spring Mc Fauld's East Deilling Program, it would be only very smart for SPQ to hold off on doing their proposed PP. SAME for UC on their proposed PP as well!!!

Otherwise, FWR looks to be in position to see some very decent SP increase in the near trem based on their own RoF merits as well as that of SPQ/KWG AND UC - SPQ/KWG Exploration Merrits.

And with all this, I have to wonder if NOT's BoD is, relatively speaking, DRIVING NOT INTO THE GROUND (not intending 'tongue in either cheek'), if not only loosing the early lead in this "Best of the Best" New Mineral Mining Camp?

Old Joe

PS: Confident with Investment in FWR, UC, and SPQ, among a few other RoF Exploration Comnpanies. What's NOT To Say???
