Hello,

This contact information below is copied from the UC website under the 'Contact us' link.

I called this number (800 number) on Friday and then again on Monday, leaving messages both times. So far, no response.

The voice mail answerer does not identify himself or the company.

Is this the correct contact information and if so, why does the voice mail not identify itself as UC resources and why has no one returned my phone calls?
