The caller will check the phone issue.

La Yaca is still a challenge. Grade is not what testing showed it should be. They are/may try a different area of the tailings and/or a different wash method. Says that it is too valuable to give up on. If needed, as a last resort, they may want to bring in a partner with the deep pockets and expertise to get this solved.
