I don't know if I would go that far but I would say UC (regardless of president) has a history of not alot of talk but even less action. I would like to be updated more frequently on Mexico, that's for sure.

I think this is pretty common in the Junior mining game though. It's pretty clear that Mexico is not going to be as profitable as early drilling results forecasted. I believe (my opinion only) they are trying to figure out a way to get the most money out what they got. No point spending money and time on something that won't turn a profit. I think it's stalled because they haven't figured out the right formula for turning that profit. I for one respect the fact they are trying to do it right rather than just trying to do it. After all we want that mine to be a money producer not a money user. So far it's an abuser.

I have confidence UC can turn things around. Clearly Jim does too or he wouldn't be buying at the rate he is.
