Forgive me everyone, please, but I had to make a point. If something is not in a news release, it is not an official statement by management. Everything else is hearsay, and should be weighed and evaluated differently than documents filed with the regulators.

And for the record, Mr. Voisin is very clear on what is material information, i.e. that which must only be shared with others through official channels (insider information), and that which is further explanatory information about what is already public knowledge. For example, discussing exploration techniques and progress is not material fact, whereas discussing assay results or core visuals would be material. In another context, Jim is willing to discuss some of the technical challenges at La Yesca, even their costs, but not how he will pay for them (financing has not yet been secured, and those terms are privileged until they are released in an NR).

If there's something in a NR that you don't understand, or if you're looking for a progress update (I remind everyone that Jim isn't a miracle worker; just as in your life, things always take longer and cost more than you thought they would), or anything else, I'd be happy to try and find out for you (PM me).
