UC Resources Ltd. Private Placement Over Subscribed

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Jan. 25, 2010) - UC Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:UC), further to the company's news releases dated January 25, 2010; UC has arranged an additional non-flow-through offering of 1 million units, at 8 cents per unit, to raise an additional $80,000 for working capital. The unit will consist of one share and one-half purchase warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at 10 cents for a period of one year.

There is no finder's fee payable in connection with the oversubscription.
