VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(June 24, 2010) - UC Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:UC) has granted, pursuant to UC's incentive stock option plan, a total of 3.1 million options to directors, officers and consultants at a price of 12 cents per share. The options entitle each optionee to acquire one common share of UC. The options are exercisable over a five-year period expiring June 24, 2015.
