(TSX VENTURE:UC) ("UC") has granted, pursuant to UC's incentive stock option plan, a total of 700,000 options to a director and officer at a price of $0.10 per share. The options entitle the optionee to acquire one common share of UC. The options are exercisable over a five-year period expiring August 16, 2016.
