From an e-mail I sent to Jim some time ago, there is no connection between UC and FMG other than sharing some costs. No intention to merge or buyout or anything else at this time.

As far as numbers go, the past several quarters they have produced the numbers within 60 days of the end of the quarter, thus Nov. 30 would have been the norm. There have been major league changes as we are all aware, thus, may have been slowed up for this reason.

I expect the Sept 30 numbers to be out shortly, however, they have 120 days to produce them so one never knows. I suppose it is possible that some of the changes made in November might have ramifications to the prior quarter and the hold up might somehow relate to that, though I am not sure about that issue.

The AGM is in the books, the ROF is a done donut, the new web site is not far off, thus I suspect that someone is going to take the bull by the horns and get the beans counted shortly.

I know that Gary will read these posts and, like a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, will "Haul Shell."
