With 192mm shares out and a trading price of 0.05 gave a market cap of a-boot 9.6mm.

6 million in cash plus the soon to be cash flow positive La Yesca gig, plus the blue sky factor...looked like a bargain to me so I've been one of the recent buyers.

I would encourage all prospective shareholders to call and chat with Gary if you are still undecided about investing in UC at this point . He is a very very smart guy and more than happy to give you the lowdown on where we are and where we're going as a company.
