I could not find the Dec. 13 news release that was referred to. But on SEDAR if you go to the MD&A dated Dec.1, 2014 you will find the info about Jim resigning and the sale of the mineral rights in Mexico. There may have been info released on those prior to that MD&A, I didn't look.
