Coal demand started the sharp decline in late summer. Domestic prices have fallen nearly 20 percent from the record high in July, and stocks at power plants and ports remain high. But I feel that depending on how the contracts pan out it won't be enough in the long run and it will prove that coal fundamentals are indeed strong
