TSX Press release showing closure of bought deal was dated Dec. 21, 2010. 30 days from then would be Jan 21, 2011 (tomorrow).

WPX likely meets the criteria for listing and it's usually not too difficult for a company to get promoted from Venture to TSX. I think they'll make it and reasonably soon. This will definitely give us more exposure and fit into several mutual fund criteria for investing (i.e. no juniors).
