WLSA sale does not pass the "smell" test

It seems pretty obvious from this message board lately that small time and/or long term stock holders can not see the sense or value for them or the company with this proposed sale. Unfortunately, from this angle, it looks simply like an opportunistic grab by a few folks who are knowledgeable and powerful enough to pull off a buy-out of a company for a small fraction of its value. If this company was properly put up for sale it would likely fetch 30-50 cents US/share. How can it be sold for about 8-10 cents a share??????????????????
