This is very well written from 'jdno' .......Agoracom, Can you get a JS answer to this:

"No rational investor/person would still trust JS after all that's been said and, perhaps more importantly, unsaid in the last few weeks. The writing was on the wall during the conf. call (how many CEO's talk their stock down??) and really hit me upside the head in the proposed BS sale to Newlook just a week after the conf. call. Clearly this deal was known by both parties during this call, but JS knew he'd be grilled in the Q&A over the logic of this deal...thus it wasn't mentioned until a few days after the call. Oh, and then he went on vacation for 3 weeks and was unavailable to investors, yet somehow bylaws and SEC filings were handled in his "absence". Add everything up, and it's clear that some things simply don't pass the smell test here. Brad's efforts are admirable, but this is a Herculean task. Plus, Brad is trying to play fair, but the "machine" is playing dirty. It'll be a minor miracle if Brad comes out on top. All imo."
