the speed of this offer from newlook is very suspicious. at least try to fake you looked around before selling out to newlook.  I think we all can think back when john ran the company before, he constantly told us the wonderful value of wlsa, but now he is getting rid of it like a hot potatoe. 

come on john, you took an offer 13 days after over. thats a smoking gun.
