John, Right off the top you had a very good and informative CC, IMO. A lot of what was brought out, had it been known from the last CC would have taken care of the problems over the past few weeks....The facts you gave yesterday would have nipped the problems right there. I'm satisfied with your attempts to clean up the mess and your ability to get it done.
