Newlook is JS , right ....From the CC he mentioned it as an empty shell company for use as a tax free entity he owned to make the 1st purchase offer work for the buyer...The money to purchase the shares very likely came from JS since Newlook had no money. Newlook likely has much in the way of 'tax loss carryforwards' to shield any WLSA stock gains in the future. JS knows what he is doing ....
