HB ,A really a frank and open analysis. It really shows up many of our sentiments which has started from good feeling in the early years to optimism and then to exuberance , then started the distrust and then the disgust and now the anger and frustruation. The only reason I am with the company( I don't think any one cares) is the presence of a real business/revenue in WLSA. Unfortunately the business was run without the focus on profitability. The mistrust (and still I am worried) was because of the under the table deals among the friends and lack of clarity in the filings and inexperience and rapid growth with out money in a capital intense business model. The disaster was the over spending by Mmwave on the hopes of future growth(with the wrong prediction of big news will bring stock price appreciation). But the investors are tired of all this and now knows well what they are into. So it will be hard to attract them . Does Mr.Simmonds really cares for WLSA? It is a difficult one to answer! He has money. he has experience. He has good connections. He has many successes in the past. But he is a business man. He has made many miscalculations on the market. But he is business savvy. Now, does he really cares to get us all (including the newlook ) rich. I don't know! he is slowly investing in WLSA. That is good. Mr.Allen Cowe is an acountant and is very trustworthy. He is very conservative in spending. He is a good busiess man and you will see the facts as it is. He may not be the best and charismatic business man but he is capable.. He can get the company into the right direction with Mr .Simmonds good help.. The only way I see and hoping that we will see some slow and steady growth is. 1.Consistant profitability. 2.Keep the cost low. 3. No new business unless they are profitable. 3. No new ventures unless we have a enough money or reliable lender willing to work towards the future. 4. reliable independant board who can be firm and effective. I don't know what we are upto. But all I see is the stock price is too low to sell. It is propably worth few more cents now. Will it ever see $1.00. It may. But not in the near future. But not with the current management structure. But there is always hope. Hope that Mr.Simmonds will be using his knowledge and influence to get things right, he would not think the investors will buy bunches of shares on any news (hyped and positive) and statements. He is very reassuring with his statements but it will take time to develope the trust. This is my analysis and I have been wrong many times.
