Kurry....I had assumed that Newlook had already paid Barrons in full. From WLSA's 8K on 5-4-07.......

"The option could be exercised through a further payment of $600,000 on or before April 30, 2007."

Newlook must have found the money somewhere. I doubt Barrons issued an IOU.

Newlook currently owns over one-third of WLSA. After the next round of dilution they will own almost half. My guess is that they will eventually buy more shares to get to a majority position. I question what they will do with the company once they gain control.

Please correct me if I have these facts wrong.
