Questions to the board? 1)How many hours Mr.Smmonds spends for the company. 2) Why can't Mr.Simmonds be paid by the hours? 3.Why can't Mr.Allen Cowe who know the company well be the CEO and Mr.Simmonds can be in the board? 4) Are you planning of adding any independant board memebers to represent the shareholders? 5) What other fringe benefits Mr.Simmonds gets from WLSA.
