The filing stated the employment agreement is back dated to Feb 1st.

Seems this was thought about long ago, why not tell us at the conf call and let shareholder question John?

Is John getting back dated pay? If so , isn't that wrong since John stated several times he was getting no salary because 'he felt partially responsible' -- HE IS BY THE WAY.

Why is this now announced, after Poulos-a board member- steps down? Who is on the board now? and who voted for this?

This needs to be addressed very quickly-- because it looks like smoke and mirrors.
