John:  Either my actions being an investor are stupid, or the recent compensation arrangement is 'stupiud' (for the CEO).  How on earth can the CEO expect the shareholders to rejuvinate any confidence when the CEO's salary is back-dated prior to the employment date - Help me... it looks like faulty judgement (and deceiptful) to state that there was no compensation being recieved and then become a party to this... What is wrong with expecting you (JS)  lead this company out of the miserable performance with consistently honest forthwright actions that improve the stock-price to a reasonale level before becoming highly compensated?  JS - dont't be a party to fleecing the shareholders.  It is an opportunity to remove some of the tarnish of your reputaiton - not an opportunity to get someone to pay for the office, cars, and other miscellaneous expense on top of  a generous salary.  Don't forget there were a list of actions possible by the CEO to protect and improve the share value in and around the time of 'the vacation' - (HBcrouch).    JS get real - or at least appear to get real..
