The less than $200k salary is ok. Lets face it, top management always makes a ton of money

By his own admission he lets Cowie do most of the work. So $200k /$184k is way way too much. Especially when he told us on many occations he had no salary and his benefit would be to buys shares because the company was undervalued.

John has a lot of explaining to do !! and quickly !
