Gentlemen:

$200,000 is just where it starts. The board of directors (a term that very much pains me to use, a board is supposed to represent the shareholders, but this is a board that no-one ever voted for and given their performance over the past year should be fired) approved an agreement that will put over $350,000 in Mr. Simmons pocket. More than enough to pay for the few shares he just purchased.

Paying him handsomely………lets add it up…….$200,000 base plus car lets say $20,000 (this is most likely light), plus personal office (why does he need a personal office, Wirless Age has an office in Mississauga) lets say $25,000 plus expenses which will most likely be north of $30,000.

This adds to over  $275,000 base and then a bonus…..an amount unknown so far. For fun lets say $100,000-$200,000, the nature of which will be determined after the year is over so they can ensure it will be paid……….total targeted compensation $375,000 and up up up.
